Pacific North West is one of the most wonderful places to visit, especially during the time of fall! When most trees are changing color, and it's not uncommon to see a sudden snowfall as the temperatures drop below 20F at nighttime! This photo was taken in the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, WA, which happens to be a true gem in the State of Washington. I recommend visiting in late fall or winter for best experience.
Frosty Fall - a nature photography art print, was shot on an early November morning, when trees were showing off their fall colors, snow has laid its shroud over the mountains. While the cold morning fog was creeping out of the canyon, before it got dispersed by the first rays of gentle sunlight. The old river did not care about any of that. It just kept flowing fiercely, pushing giant rocks out of it's way, like an old warrior, persistently carving its deep path, humming its endless song...
