With 3 million acres in size it offers everything from sand dunes, to salt flats, to mountain ranges, to craters, to dry lake flats with moving rocks, severe weather, gorgeous luxury resorts, colorful rock formations as well a long abandoned ghost towns that remind of fleeting time and rough life people to endure while surviving in such extreme conditions.

Death Valley National Park is an absolute must-visit for anyone at least once in a lifetime. I recommend going in summer during the time of the highest temperatures on the planet(up to 53C-130F), to get a feel for what Death Valley is really all about!

"Essence of Time"- was captured at one of my favorite spots, a highly frequented - Zabriskie Point. Which features a large area of sandstone formations. They were carved out by wind and rain throughout time. Thus evoking a sense of awe and display amazing intricacies of our Mother Nature.
