It doesn't happen often that Santa Monica Pier is closed like this. During the strange times of lockdown. It was quite an unusual sighting. There were no people. All stores and restaurants were closed. It reminds me of a traveling circus that is done for the weekend, the lights are off and the next day it will be gone never to return.
